HOW IS COMISSION WORK PROCESS?
Once we have received a brief for the artwork we will provide a pricing quote, schedule, and payment information. Custom orders require full payment or 50% non-refundable deposit. To start custom order, you can go to "HIRE ME!" section.
DESIGN RATES?
Contact us directly for rates and pricing. You can go to "HIRE ME!" section. Our rates depends on several factors include the number of design ordered, kind of design, and complexity.

DESIGNS LICENSE?
The designs that we’ve created (from commission work) are in full right to use for any personal or commercial project/s. However we still have the right for the design to use it in my social media (or any other online / offline platform) as a portfolio.
HOW MANY DESIGN I GET?
Each order represents 1 design, no variations/options. If you want several design variations/options, we will charge extra ($50 for 1 design variation/option). But final files are still only for 1 design.
CAN I GET THE FONTS FILES?
Sure, you can get the font files, but not the license, because fonts are belonged to the respective creators, and there’s licensing thing we cannot cross. We can give you the font link to license it on your own.
When will I receive the final files?
We will send the final files once the draft is approved, no further revisions (We only send PNG files for draft preview).
HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR COMISSIONS?
Commission work takes around 2-5 working days. It would be faster or longer depending on the feedback time, revisions and queues. Starting every project on Monday, if you have a tight deadline please ensure you mention it.
WHAT FILES WILL BE PROVIDED?
High resolution PNG, High resolution JPG, Transparent background file, Mockup Preview, Print Res PDF, EPS vector, CDR vector, AI (adobe illustrator file), PSD (adobe photoshop file)
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
We accept payments only via paypal
IMPORTANT!
When we send the design and do not receive a response from the buyer for 7 days or more, we consider the order to have been completed or closed.
Any designs that are not used or designs that are rejected by the buyer. We have the right to sell it exclusively/non-exclusively to anyone and anywhere.
We can't do revision anymore after we sent the final files, or additional fees will apply.
